Hi, my name is Kerri Hackett and I am a highly experienced and knowledgeable Microsoft Office trainer and consultant. I conduct personalised and cost-effective training for organisations based in QLD, NSW and VIC and do occasionally travel to other states.
Microsoft Excel is my specialty and by far the most common application requested. I also teach PowerPoint, Word (and to a lesser extent) Outlook. I cover versions 2010, 2013 and 2016.
In addition to training, I offer an offsite consulting service, whereby I mainly develop complex bespoke Access databases and Excel models using VBA programming.

For example, many of my competitors cover "absolute and relative cell referencing" at an Intermediate level, whilst I cover it at the Introductory level.
