Do you offer training or consulting for Office 2007? |

Yes! The new version of Office features a whole new interface and file format, which may take some difficulty getting used to. However it also sports some significant enhancements, such as improved graphics and SmartArt, easy to use style galleries and the ability to instantly preview different formatting effects to your data. | What programs do you teach? |

Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook - versions 97 to 2007. Due to lack of demand, we don't run full day Outlook courses. We usually incorporate Outlook training with other programs such as a combined Word / Outlook course. |
| Do you conduct Offsite training? |
|
Yes, we can arrange to conduct the sessions at a training facility in your area. A minimum of 5 attendees is required for offsite training. Please call or email for a quote. |

Can we choose exactly what topics we want to cover? |
|
Not only can you choose topics from different levels, you can also select topics from different Office applications. |
| Can we split a day into two half sessions, with different people attending each session? |

Yes! One of the benefits of onsite training is that your employees have the option to just attend certain topics of interest, rather than having to commit to a full day's training. |

Is there a minimum or maximum number of people for your onsite training? |
|
Not from our perspective - although an ideal class size is comprised of 10 people or less. The more people who attend, the more cost-effective the training becomes for your organisation. Of course this depends on whether you have the space and/or computers to cater for larger groups. |

We don't have enough computers, do you hire out laptops? |
|
Yes, we can provide laptops at very reasonable rates. Refer to the Training Rates page for indicative rates. |
| Do you offer onsite training outside of Sydney, Melbourne or South East Queensland? |

Yes, although there may be a travelling charge involved. Please call or email us for a quote. |
| Do you provide the data projector? |
|
Yes, we can provide a data projector at no extra charge. |
| Do the participants receive a manual? |
|
Yes, the manuals are very practical and easy to follow. |
| Do you issue Certificates of Attendance to the attendees? |
|
Certificates will be issued to all attendees upon request. |
| How long are the training sessions? |
|
A half day is a minimum of 3 hours and up to 4 hours. A full day is typically held from 9:00am to 4:30pm, although this is flexible. |

What are your terms and methods of payment? |
|
We request that payment be made within 7 days after the conclusion of the training. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or direct credit. |
| What is your Cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellations made at least 2 days before the training date incur
no charge.
